Old Business We have requested an extension on our taxes, and the accountant is working on reconciling our name change with all the appropriate authorities. Andy Bray has resigned as a board member. Great American Deer Raffle – we need to set up a second merchant account and have a separate credit card processing machine for the deer raffle. The treasurer will need to do this in person at the bank. We anticipate our first mailing by mid-May and will use the super raffle mailing list. We need to allocate funds from our operating accounts to pay for the printing and mailing. Tag Request Letter – the board will ask for two coues whitetail tags (one raffle and one auction) and one mule deer tag for auction, one lion tag for raffle or auction, and any tags not specifically allocated to other groups. Deer Times – John Koleszar will get price quotes from printers to print the magazine, and the board will discuss desktop publishing with Amanda Moors at the next meeting. Commission Meeting – The commission approved 200 doe tags on the Kaibab for youth deer hunts. Banquet – Rick Miller will be producing the program for the banquet. Cabela’s has asked us to request a donation on letterhead and they will provide an item. It was suggested that we also ask Bass Pro Shops for a donation as well. Rick Miller moved, Bryan Waitman seconded, that we donate a membership to the conservation organizations who are donating a membership to us for our fundraiser silent auction. Motion carried. We need a list of auction items to post on the website and to use in the banquet flyer. VI. Committee Reports No committee reports were entertained this meeting. VII.
