I. Call to order
The president called the meeting to order at 6:51pm
II. Adoption of October minutes
Mark Bool moved, Brad Freitag seconded to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried.
III. Treasurer’s report --The treasurer’s report was distributed via email before the meeting. Brad Freitag moved, Amanda Moors seconded, to accept the treasurer’s report as presented. Motion carried.
IV. Old Business
Banquet - Brad Freitag reported on items collected, distributed list of duties for members and much discussion occurred about how to obtain various hunts and other donations.
It was decided to ask Tracey to order hunt donation forms.
V. Committee Reports
Website - Discussion about updates and the various activities that have taken place should be on the site. If these events along with pictures are sent to Amanda, she will get them on the website. Todd has pictures that he will send her and she is continually updating and checking hits. The Board thanked Amanda for her dedication to the website.
Membership – We have 512 members, 21 life members.
VI. New Business
Jameson Award - Frank Hays was mentioned. More research is needed.
We have received a request to support the Save a Fawn Event, conducted by the Arizona Predator Callers. Discussion ensued on the merits of the event, and some PR benefits and ramifications. Mark Bool moved, Domenick Lopano seconded, to donate $1000.00 to the Save a Fawn Event. Motion carried.
VII. Adjournment
There being no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 9:10 pm. The next meeting will be January 16, 2007.
