The Arizona Deer Association is a
non-profit, volunteer-run organization dedicated to preserving deer and deer
habitat in the state of Arizona.
Tickets for our 2012 Fundraising Banquet are now available! This year
our banquet will be held in conjunction with the International Sportsmen's
Expo in Glendale. Anyone purchasing banquet tickets will get a ticket
for admission to the Expo!! This is a great deal and will be a very

The ADA has been working with AGFD to develop better forage monitoring on
the Kaibab mule deer winter range. AGFD came to our board meeting
recently to give an update and
here is
a PDF of the powerpoint presentation that lead research biologist Steven
Rosenstock presented. The measurements they took this past year
indicate the winter range is in good condition.

Thank you to the many volunteers who helped complete the
Connor water catchment in April!! We had a tremendous turnout and
this project will help Arizona wildlife!
Looking for a way to get involved? We need people like you who are willing to get involved.
Some exciting opportunities include helping our youth hunters at the ADA
sponsored youth camps and helping to raise money for wildlife habitat
projects as well as working on those habitat projects.
