Web Site:

For the June 09 meeting (last month’s report, wasn’t in last months minutes so adding it here)

This past month has been very busy with the Great American Deer Raffle, which mostly involved handling online ticket sales, shopping cart issues, downloading data and getting it summarized for the printer.

I have also been maintaining and uploading the Live Auction and Silent Auction lists on the website.

Also added the 2008 and 2009 lists of projects completed for Mule Deer and Whitetail with tag fund money.

Smaller updates included adding the minutes from the May board meeting as well as updating the phone number listed on the site.

Worked with Tracey to make sure our hosting plan was paid for.  We got that done and so we should be set for the next two years of hosting.

Also, I need the PDFs for the ADA Newsletter for the last several years so I can post them on the website.  I think the last one I was sent was back in 2007.  I asked Cathy to get them to me.  This might be especially timely to get done given that Cathy is retiring as editor and we are likely changing our format for the newsletter.   Any help getting this done would be appreciated.

As always, if anyone has anything they want added to the website, send it my way.

Website report for July 09 meeting

Since our last meeting, the Great American Deer Raffle has closed and so all online sales data was downloaded and sent to Brad and Tracey for their review and so they could reconcile with bank statements.  Also the final sales info went to Al so he could summarize for ticket printing.   And all winners were posted on the website.

I wrote and posted photos and an article summarizing our Banquet.

Also posted a Thank you letter that Jeff sent me regarding the Banquet.

Posted the Hunt Guideline comments that Jim deVos provided to us at the last meeting and which he presented to AGFD for us.

Added the list of Life Members of the ADA to the website.

Put up an announcement of the Cabela’s discount that was being offered for all members of the ADA during their special sales weekend of July 18-20.

Posted the June meeting minutes.

Added photo button about the hunter clinic to the top banner of the main page to help promote it.

Updated the Calendar of Events to include future board meetings and a link to the Hunter Clinic info.  Also made sure the board of directors page reflected results from recent annual meeting.

Public Relations: - Nothing to Report

Conservation Partners: - Nothing to Report.

 9:10 meeting adjourned.
