V.  Old Business

The board discussed support for the Arizona Big Game Super Raffle.  The super raffle committee has nearly completed its incorporation and other housekeeping issues and plans to become self-sufficient next year.  At this time, AZSBGR still needs some support from the individual wildlife organizations for mailing/printing.  The committee plans to mail information to approximately 30,000 deer hunters and the combined printing, postage, computer fees for this will be $13,000.  Last year, $126,000 was raised for deer through the AZSBGR.  Mark Bool moved, Keith Gaines seconded, to allocate up to $15,000 for the deer portion of the Arizona Big Game Super Raffle mailing, with the intention of asking the Mule Deer Foundation to contribute to half the expenses.  Motion carried.

The ADBSS is considering purchasing a meeting/office facility, and allowing other wildlife organizations to use it.  Pet Cimellaro will keep the board apprised of the progress of this activity.
