Minutes ADA May 2009 Board Meeting

 6:30  - Call to order

 Approve minutes:  Brad Freitag, moved– Dom Lopano seconded - Motion approved

 Treasurer Report: - Chris Denham moved – Pete Cimellaro seconded- Motion approved

 Old Business:

• Deer Raffle – Mailing currently going out.
• Youth Committee – Discussed if youth committee members should be ADA members.
• Release mailing list to ASF – Do, - Rick – Motion approved
• Banquet – Meeting at Brad’s house on the 27^th, Dom will get prices on shirts to sell at the banquet.

 Deer Times:

• John K. is getting quotes for publishing and printing the Deer Times.
• Discussed possible annual and quarterly 6 page in the Western Hunter magazine and then an annual Deer Times.

 Tag Request Letter – Done and the letter will be the same as last year.

 Annual Meeting:  June 16^th

• Bylaws change to state 2 year term for officers.
• Must be a member of the ADA to serve on a committee.

 New Business:

• Luke from AG&F wants the ADA to join him on the strip to look at projects.

Membership: 

• Tracey Martin previously distributed a written report to the board

 HPC:

• Looking into the ADA adopting a ranch.  John K. is looking into this.

 Game and Fish: 

• Preparing to make recommendations for hunt guidelines.

 WCC:

• Discussed a merger between the AZSFWC and the WCC.

8:40 meeting adjourned.
