Old Business The board discussed the paperwork and contract for the grant to conduct youth camps from the Game and Fish Department. The board discussed the Arizona Elk Society’s lack of staffing at the elk camp. The Department is developing a new section of its Education Branch to be run by Craig McMullen. The repairs on the old trailer are complete. The stove for the trailer was $399, and it appears that grant money can be used for equipment and food. The first camp on October 8th will be conducted as the Mike Bool Memorial Camp, and we need to get information to the media and on the website. Brad Freitag moved, John Koleszar seconded, that the ADA sever ties with Bill Hill and Woody Farnsworth and their youth camps, and give them until November 1, 2009 to set up a valid 501(c)(3) organization. The ADA will transfer the new JADA trailer currently in its possession to this new organization upon proof of association. Mr. Hill and Mr. Farnsworth’s 501(c)(3) will be granted ownership of the content currently in the new trailer and/or in their possession. Motion carried.
